The rental rate for 2008 is $3500.00.

It is a unique venue -- a building of architectural significance.

Restrictions on candles, decorations, rental chairs, etc. are in place to protect and preserve this 100+ year old building and grounds. The rules are strictly enforced and we make no exceptions.

Private Parties

If you are interested in having a party at the Outdoor Art Club please check our calendar before you call.

If you envision major decoration installations, lighting plans and other means to “transform” this space into something else, this site is NOT for you.

The OAC is meant for people who appreciate the site’s Arts and Crafts rustic style and charm. For those this space can be a magical, memorable setting for your event.
